We are glad to inform you that we have applied all the new IRDA guidelines in icallinsurance.com and are effective from June 1 2010.
The new rules are listed below for the students who registered on or after June 1,2010 and must change their browser settings accordingly.

Login Rules :

1) PC/Laptop Settings :

a) Add icallinsurance.com to Trusted Sites Zone :

Training Rules :

1) The student should enable popup blockers before logging in.(Click here to know how)
2) During the training the student will be asked to answer CAPTCHA and Challenging questions.

CAPTCHA : The student has to enter the letters or numbers that appears in the image.

Challenging Question : This question will be from any chapter which the student has completed.

3) On every logout of the student ,the password will be reset automatically by the system and will be sent to the student via SMS and email.
4) Click on "logout" link before you close the window.
5) Unless or until you finish reading previous chapter for minimum time you cannot go to next chapter or Practice test.
6) Maximum Time for the day is 8 Hrs.
7) The student should not be idle for 10 minutes on page otherwise it will automatically logout.
8) To retrieve the student's system MacAddress,WMI Addon component must be run(if not installed) and Active X objects need to be enabled.

Add icallinsurance.com to Trusted Sites Zone :

To add icallinsurance.com to trusted sites zone set the following option in your IE Browser :
Tools---->Internet Options----->Security----->Trusted Sites ---->Sites---->

-> Type http://www.icallinsurance.com in the text box and click on "Add".
-> Uncheck "Require Server Verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"

-> Click on "Close" once the setting is done.

Steps to enable the Settings of Active X objects in Windows 7 or Vista :

To enable Active X Controls set the following option in your IE Browser :
Tools---->Internet Options----->Security----->Trusted Sites ---->Custom Level---->

-> Download signed Active X controls = Enable
-> Download unsigned Active X controls = Enable
-> Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe = Enable

-> Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins = Enable
-> Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting = Enable

After the settings are done there might occur a lemon yellow color bar below the address bar stating "Your current security settings might put your computer at risk.Click here for options".Select "Fix settings for me" as shown below.

Steps to enable the Settings of Active X objects in Windows XP :

To enable Active X Controls set the following option in your IE Browser :
Tools---->Internet Options----->Security----->Custom Level---->
-> Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe = Enable
-> Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins = Enable

If the above settings doesnot work,check for option :
Tools---->Internet Options----->Security----->Custom Level---->
-> Automatic Prompting for Active X controls = Enable

Steps to run WMI Addon:

when WMI Addon is not installed the student may receive the following message from Microsoft.In that case Run the component as it must be done only once.
